Individual Alora Ambiance spray vial samples can be purchased for $5 each. We will include the message on a card that will be shipped with your order. If you are sending an Alora Ambiance product as a gift, you can check the “Is this a gift?” box at check out and enter a short message for the recipient. Please do not send products back via US Mail as they do not ship hazardous materials. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to an Alora Ambiance error. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card used for the purchase. The next step is to send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number and a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Alora Ambiance products are considered hazardous goods, therefore air shipments are not possible.
